Bicycle Bread wants to tell you...

Since 2010 introduced itself so abruptly with its unusually cold wet weather, and wicked-fast moving weeks, we at Bicycle Bread have produced over 1200 loaves of bread (yeah!). We don't want to brag, but we think that we have some pretty darn good bread and we think that to ask people to go a week and a half without Bicycle Bread is cruel, but here I have been asked to share this with you: There will be no Bread this Thursday (3/11) nor Tuesday (3/16) or Thursday (3/18) of the following week. We suggest you use the time you would have spent eating Bicycle Bread to explore LA via the Metro system, build something cool, and go to the Downtown Artwalk this Thursday.

Beth Tuttle
Beth drove cross country with the brothers in order to work on this bakery in South LA! She brings an idea for detail and a much more effeminate touch than either of the brothers. Beth enjoys walking, breathing, good music, and nannying.
